(Thank you to  For the Love of Go  for letting us change the beneficiary of this show) United Way of Hays County has set up a disaster recovery fund to assist those affected by the Memorial Day Weekend floods in Hays and Caldwell counties. They are working with partner agencies and other non-profit organizations to distribute these funds directly to those in need. For May, our Concerts For A Cause at  Down South Railhouse   is going to feature   Floodgage   with the amazing Jana Pochop opening. Our non-profit we will be raising money for is  Hays County ECI/Homespun . Early Childhood Intervention ( ECI) is a statewide program for families with children, birth to three, with disabilities and developmental delays. Come on out to DSR on May 2, 2015 between 5-8p for this great show... for a great cause. There will also be a raffle for a  Samsung 32" LCD HDTV and a LG 3D Bluray Player valued at $269.99 .  Raffle Item Thanks to  Money & More Pawn  for providing the TV (it's on display at their store if you'd like to take a look and/or buy raffle tickets before May 2). Great food will be available from  South Folk Eatery  and  MWS Catering LLC.  who will be donating $1 from every food order to  Concerts for A Cause .

Concerts For A Cause Wrap-up Benefiting Hope & Love 4 Kids It was a wonderful evening of music, fun and food at Down South Railhouse in Kyle, Texas on April 3, 2015. Hundreds of people gathered to celebrate and raise money and awareness for Hope & Love 4 Kids . About Hope & Love 4 Kids: From  http://hopeandlove4kids.org :    "Hope & Love 4 Kids is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that serves children and families in need within Hays County. Founded in January 2006 Hope & Love 4 Kids is based out of Kyle, Texas, and has served the community since September 2005." 2015 Season Finds Home In Kyle, Texas' Newest Venue We are VERY excited to announce that Concerts For A Cause has secured Kyle's newest bar and entertainment venue, Down South Railhouse (107 E. Center Street, Kyle, Texas) for the entire 2015 Concerts For A Cause season! Down South Railhouse - Home for Concerts for a Cause 2015 Season. Every show will be on a Saturday night from 5:00p - 8:00p because our shows are always family friendly and enjoying a night of great music for an admirable cause is just a fun family outing... isn't it? Depending on the size of the show, we will either be indoors or outdoors and the venue will eventually feature some fun things to do including sand volleyball, washers, horseshoes, darts and a children's play area.
