Movember is an international foundation that is dedicated to stop men from dying too young. We will have live music from Bruce Fallgren (5-6p) and George Mercado, Jr (6-8p).   Bruce A. King is a local realtor for Prosper Properties and well-known in Kyle and Buda for his  involvement in charity work and giving back to the community. He is even better known as " Hays County Santa " as he has been the "face" of Santa Claus in the Hays County area for many years. Chances are, if you have children, you have his photo somewhere.  He has been ill recently and, unfortunately, he does not hold insurance. There is a medical procedure he requires, but does not have the funds to cover the expenses. When Concerts For A Cause heard about this, we immediately refocused our July 2016 show in order to help this man, who has done so much for the community. So.. the July 9, 2016 Concerts For A Cause is a Benefit For Bruce "Santa" King. Center Street, Kyle Texas When: July 11, 2015 Time: 5p-8p Cost: Free (donations accepted) The event is free to attend and we will be collecting donations at the venue. There will also be an adoption trailer on site. About PAWS : PAWS, a no-kill shelter, was founded in 1986 to provide care and love to homeless, abandoned, and abused animals in Central Texas. At PAWS, companion animals are given medical attention, care, and love for however long it takes for us to find them a loving home. (Thank you to  For the Love of Go  for letting us change the beneficiary of this show) United Way of Hays County has set up a disaster recovery fund to assist those affected by the Memorial Day Weekend floods in Hays and Caldwell counties. They are working with partner agencies and other non-profit organizations to distribute these funds directly to those in need. For May, our Concerts For A Cause at  Down South Railhouse   is going to feature   Floodgage   with the amazing Jana Pochop opening. Our non-profit we will be raising money for is  Hays County ECI/Homespun . Early Childhood Intervention ( ECI) is a statewide program for families with children, birth to three, with disabilities and developmental delays. Come on out to DSR on May 2, 2015 between 5-8p for this great show... for a great cause. There will also be a raffle for a  Samsung 32" LCD HDTV and a LG 3D Bluray Player valued at $269.99 .  Raffle Item Thanks to  Money & More Pawn  for providing the TV (it's on display at their store if you'd like to take a look and/or buy raffle tickets before May 2). Great food will be available from  South Folk Eatery  and  MWS Catering LLC.  who will be donating $1 from every food order to  Concerts for A Cause .

Concerts For A Cause Wrap-up Benefiting Hope & Love 4 Kids It was a wonderful evening of music, fun and food at Down South Railhouse in Kyle, Texas on April 3, 2015. Hundreds of people gathered to celebrate and raise money and awareness for Hope & Love 4 Kids .
